The heat exchange surface area of our fills is so designed so as to offer maximum contact time for air & water. The flute size can be 12 mm, 19 mm or 27 mm, depending on the conditions of the water.

Himgiri has designed it’s fans in technical association with the Aerospace department at IIT Mumbai. Sophisticated Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) softwares were used to get best possible combination.To ensure long life and minimize vibration, the fan blades, are solid.Fans are designed to be non-corrosive and give highly efficient airflow at lesser tip speed

Our Water Distributors are designed in 3 stages : The actual piping made up of PP/ FRP, the nozzles made up of PP and the turbulator, also made of PP.
We have multiple configurations at various water flow rates and pressures to ensure efficient water spray and distribution and the coolest outlet water temperature
Nozzles & Headers
Our inlet louvers have been specially designed in an aerodynamic shape to ensure the lowest static pressure and minimum airflow obstruction. These louvers ensure there is minimum water splash and water loss. They are made of FRP to ensure strength and long life.
Inlet louvers
All the profiles used in the cooling towers, from the fills supports to the eliminator supports are made from pultruded FRP. Pultruded FRP is most modern material imparting better strength and serves as a viable replacement for metal parts. This ensures that the number of metal parts which have the potential to rust are minimized. We also make our ladders in pultrded profiles to ensure safety by making it stronger.
